Composition

Active ingredient: each 5 ml solution contains 250 mg of L-Ornithine L-Aspartate.

Excipients: sorbitol, citric acid, xanthan gum, mango, glycerin, sucralose, purified water.

L-ornithine-L-aspartate (LOLA) in Aminotox solution is a stable salt of 2 naturally occurring amino acids. Aminotox participates in the ornithine cycle (activates the work of the cycle, restores the activity of liver enzymes ornithine-carbamoyltransferase and carbamoyl-phosphate synthetase). Both amino acids play an important role in the detoxification of ammonia and the synthesis of proline and polyamines. Polyamines, in turn, are critical in DNA synthesis and cell replication. It has been proven that they stimulate the regeneration of the liver and protect it from the effects of free radicals. LOLA has a detoxifying effect by lowering the level of ammonia in the body during liver diseases. It slows down the development of liver encephalopathy in patients with cirrhosis, has a positive effect on psychomotor functions, improves the quality of life, mental status, concentration and sleep, and reduces the feeling of fatigue. 

Aminotox stimulates the production of insulin and somatotropic hormone. Improves protein metabolism during parenteral nutrition. Reduces asthenic, dyspeptic and pain syndromes, and also reduces increased body mass (in case of steatosis and steatohepatitis). 

 

Instructions for use

- Steatosis and steatohepatitis of various origins

- Hepatic encephalopathy (latent or overt)

- Acute or chronic liver diseases accompanied by hyperammonemia

Contraindications

Individual hypersensitivity to any component contained in the product.

It is not prescribed in children and lactating women, in case of severe kidney failure.

 

Method of use and dosage

Adults: 10 ml 2 times a day. The daily dose can be increased depending on the situation (up to 12-24 AD).

 

Release form

Syrup for internal administration, in a plastic bottle of 200 ml, with a measuring cup of 15 ml, in a cardboard box.
