Based on the properties, biological activity and specific mechanism of action of the components contained in GabaFos, it is used as an auxiliary tool in the complex treatment of various diseases in modern medicine.
Dry extract of griffonia seeds - 5-hydroxytryptophan  (5 HTR) - is an amino acid, the precursor of serotonin, the "happiness hormone". 5-HTR increases the release of beta-endorphins and improves mood. It has antidepressant properties, relieves insomnia and headaches. It reduces appetite and causes weight loss in overweight people.
GAYT - gamma amino fatty acid - is the main mediator in central inhibition processes. The brain improves blood circulation, activates energetic processes, tissue respiration, improves the disposal of glucose and toxic substances. The brain restores speech and motor functions after blood circulation is disrupted. It has a hypotensive effect, lowers high blood pressure and reduces associated symptoms. It reduces the amount of sugar in patients with diabetes. Activation of GAYT receptors causes an increase in the amount of sAMF in cardiomyocytes and a weakening of the permeability of calcium ions, restoring the normal rhythm of the heart.
L-glutamic acid is a replaceable amino acid, a neurotransmitter that stimulates metabolism in the CNS. It activates oxidation processes, prevents reduction of oxidation-recovery potential, increases the body tolerance to hypoxia. It stimulates the transmission of impulses in synapses. It participates in the synthesis of other amino acids, ATF, acetylcholine. It normalizes glycolysis processes in tissues, has a hepatoprotective effect.
Phospholipids (phosphotidylcholine and phosphotidylserine) - ensure the activity of the "nerve cell growth factor" protein. Due to this protein, healthy neurogenesis occurs and the activity of neurons increases. They provide trophism in brain tissue. It reduces the effect of stress on cells, protects the brain from the negative effects of external environmental factors, normalizes sleep, and improves its quality. It has a positive effect on human cognitive functions. It participates in the effective prevention of Alzheimer's disease and dementia, eliminates depressive symptoms, improves memory.
Phosphotidylcholine is a phospholipid that forms the outer layer of the cell membrane. Important for the organization of neuronal connections and the synthesis of acetylcholine. 
Phosphotidylserine - formalizes the inner layer of the cell membrane. The serine content ensures the normal functioning of the brain and the entire nervous system. It ensures the transport of nutrients to the cells and stimulates metabolism.

BMFQA is recommended as a means of improving the functioning of the CNS in the following cases:
