Urifar is an original combination of natural substances, which is used as an adjunct in the complex treatment of various infectious diseases of the urinary tract based on the properties, biological activity and specific mechanism of action of its components.
D-mannose is a monosaccharide. It is not metabolized in the body. About 90% of D-mannose is excreted unchanged in the urine within 30-60 minutes after oral administration. In 90% of cases, infectious diseases of the urinary tract are caused by E.coli bacteria. Urobacteria settle on the wall of the bladder thanks to the glycoprotein lectin layer that covers it. D-mannose inhibits the lectin layer in a natural way and without any side effects. As a result, during natural urination, bacteria are washed away from the body with urine by means of D-mannose. The effect of D-mannose is aimed only at washing away pathogenic bacteria. D-mannose is considered a natural alternative to antibiotics in urinary tract infections. Significant improvement occurs within 24 hours. D-mannose is important for maintaining the function of the kidneys, bladder and all urinary tracts.
Cranberry extract is a natural diuretic, has anti-inflammatory properties, helps with cystitis, urethritis and pyelonephritis. Marjoram plant is rich in minerals such as sodium, calcium, magnesium, potassium and vitamins A, E, C, K, useful substances for the health of the urinary tract against urinary tract infections. Also, cranberries are rich in antioxidants that help protect cells from free radical damage and prevent chronic diseases. The proanthocyanidins (PAS) contained in it reduce the possibility of urinary tract infections by preventing pathogenic bacteria (mainly E.coli) from multiplying in the bladder and urethra (urinary canal), sticking (adhesion) to the epithelium of the urinary tract. Cranberry is able to strengthen the effect of antibiotics several times. It inhibits cyclooxygenase (SOG) enzyme and has an anti-inflammatory effect. Hydroquinone improves the functioning of the kidneys, strengthens urine output and increases diuresis. It has been tested and confirmed over the years that cranberry extract gradually increases the acidity of urine and allows the body to regenerate damaged by bacteria. Cranberry prevents the formation of kidney stones due to its effect on the acidity of urine.

Area of use and basic instructions 
In the following cases, it is recommended as part of complex treatment for the purpose of prevention of urinary tract infectious diseases, as well as as a means of improving the activity of the urinary tract:
-Acute and chronic infections of the urinary tract (pyelonephritis, cystitis, urethritis)
-Kidney stone disease
- Asymptomatic bacteriuria

Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to any component of the product, children under 3 years old.

Method of use and dosage
Adults: 1 capsule 2 times a day after meals.
